Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of purchase without penalty. Beyond this timeframe, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your meal may already be in preparation or on its way to delivery. To cancel, please call us at +44 20 7946 0958 immediately.
Return Process
In the rare case that your pizza does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt. You may call us at +44 20 7946 0958 or visit us at our location with your proof of purchase. An item may be eligible for return if it is in the same condition that you received it, with no consumption beyond a reasonable tasting amount.
Refunds
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) for the purchase amount minus any delivery fees. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges

Please note, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders that have been consumed beyond what is reasonable for tasting purposes, or for orders not reported within the stated timeframe.
Non-Refundable Items
