From Naples to Your Community
The inception of 'StoneGallery' was rooted in a vision: introducing true Neapolitan pizza to London. The venture was started by the Romano kin in 1985, originating as a humble, family-managed eatery with age-old recipes passed down through lineage.
Luca Romano, the progenitor of our brand, mastered pizza crafting on her voyages across Italy, particularly from seasoned pizza artisans in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After returning to the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, sticking to time-honored practices and using prime ingredients.
Our starting point was a quaint pizzeria seating just a dozen patrons, which has since evolved into a cherished neighborhood gem. Nevertheless, our adherence to artisanal quality and originality remains steadfast. We still employ traditional wood oven baking, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and prioritize sourcing superior ingredients.
Presently, 'StoneGallery' is still within family reins, with the following generation of the Romano lineage spearheading our enthusiastic crew. While we have adopted certain contemporary enhancements, the essence of our enterprise is unchanged: delivering irresistible, authentic pizza that unites friends and family.
